We collect your email address (for account creation), audio recordings you initiate (stored encrypted), transcripts and AI-generated analyses of those recordings, and usage data. We do not collect your contacts, location, photos, or browsing history.
We use your data solely to provide the Savi service. We never sell your data. We never use your recordings or transcripts to train AI models.
Audio is processed by OpenAI Whisper for transcription and Anthropic Claude for analysis. Both operate under zero-data-retention agreements — they are contractually prohibited from using your data to train their models. In Maximum Privacy Mode, all processing happens on your iPhone and no data reaches any third party.
Your recordings and analysis are retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual sessions or your entire account at any time from Account Settings. Deletion is permanent and processed within 30 days.
If you are in the EU, UK, or EEA, you have the right to access your data, correct inaccuracies, request erasure, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing. Exercise these rights at app.savibysvt.com/account or by emailing privacy@savibysvt.com.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Maximum Privacy Mode uses AES-GCM encryption with biometric authentication. API keys are stored in iOS Keychain and never transmitted.
