By using Savi, you agree to these terms. Savi is provided by Savage Techs ("we", "us"). If you are using Savi on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding recording conversations. Many jurisdictions require all parties' consent before recording. Do not use Savi to record conversations without the knowledge and consent of all participants where required by law.
Savi uses AI to generate summaries, action items, and analyses. AI output may contain errors. Do not rely solely on AI-generated content for legal, medical, financial, or other consequential decisions. Always verify important information independently.
Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or annually. Cancel any time from Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods. Hardware purchases (pendants) are subject to a 30-day return policy.
You may not use Savi to record without consent, to harass or surveil others, to process personal data in violation of applicable privacy law, or for any illegal purpose. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Savi is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability in any month shall not exceed the amount you paid us in that month.
